What happens if people give negative feedback - isn't that very de-motivating? How does the subject get the report? Who else sees the feedback report? So what's different about PDR360 Review from other 360 review processes? How much does it cost? What is PDR360 Review? PDR360 Review is a 360 degree personal appraisal system developed by Peacock Training Ltd. In a PDR360 Review views of behaviour in the workplace are gathered from people nominated by the subject of the review. A report of the responses is then fed back to the subject in a development review where there is the opportunity to discuss the feedback and for the subject to be coached in developing a personal action plan. How does the PDR360 Review work? We ask the subject to give us a list of email addresses of those people, respondents who the subject would like to provide feedback. We then email the respondents a link to complete a web-based questionnaire about the subject. All of the responses received are collated into a non-attributable report that is fed back to the subject by a trained facilitator in a confidential, personal development review. Why is the process called PDR360 Review? PDR360 Review provides the subject with feedback from those all around them; managers and other senior people, peers and those who report to them. The review may even include the people they serve - customers or clients. Why is the report non-attributable? Experience suggests that work colleagues may feel reluctant to offer direct feedback to subjects. By offering them the guarantee that their feedback will be anonymous we have found that people are far more comfortable in offering constructive feedback. Who chooses who participates in completing the questionnaire? Our experience is that the process works best when the subject of the review is integrally involved in choosing who will provide them with feedback. This way they receive responses from people whose opinions they value. If someone else chooses respondents who they don't particularly respect, there is little chance that they will take their feedback seriously. What happens if people give negative feedback - isn't that very de-motivating? PDR360 Review has been developed to ensure that constructive feedback is provided. Even when people have chosen to receive feedback from people they think may offer 'negative' comments they are invariably pleasantly surprised by the constructive nature of comments offered. How does the subject get the report? The PDR360 Review report is fed back to the subject by a development coach. You may wish to source this person internally within your own organisation or from one of your existing contacts. Alternatively we can provide an experienced coach or recommend one from our affiliated development organisations. Contact us for a very competitive quote. The coach will take the subject through the report, discuss the feedback and help identify appropriate action points. We strongly believe that the value of the process is the conversation surrounding the report, not the report itself. Who else sees the feedback report? The review report is normally for the subject only. Subjects are encouraged to share the action plan arising from the report with their colleagues and manager, but the report remains confidential. So what's different about PDR360 Review from other 360 review processes? We believe PDR360 Review has several key benefits over other 360 degree appraisal systems.
How much does it cost? Compilation of the PDR360 Review report costs just £95 per person! The cost of the feedback review will depend on who you choose to appoint for this important task. We can provide a quote for this, or you may wish to use your own experienced people; the services of your own contacts, or one of our affiliated training organisations.
