Training in 360 degree feedback reviews

360 degree feedback is a powerful approach to personal development and it is essential that the feedback sessions are facilitated by an experienced personal development coach.

For those organisations that do not have facilitators/coaches familiar with the skills of feeding back 360 degree reviews we regularly hold a one day familiarisation/training programme. This programme runs as an open course, or is available to your organisation as an ‘in-house’ course for your own facilitators/coaches.

This intensive training programme is designed to familiarise participants with the general principles of a 360 degree review; facilitating effective feedback; action planning as well as the details of the PDR360 Review process.

Using presentations, exercises and workshop discussion, the course prepares participants for all types of review feedback.
